Scott is the founder of F Street Capital, an investment company that includes real estate, hospitality and hard money lending. After graduating from George Washington University, Scott returned home to Milwaukee in 2004 and began investing in real estate. The RPA is the largest and oldest non-profit organization for buy & hold investors in Wisconsin large and small. For over 50 years we have been representing the best interest of investors in Madison and advocating for fair landlord-tenant laws in Wisconsin. Join the RPA and meet hundreds of other real estate investors, who face the same issues you do. Most RPA members have between 5 and 50 units and networking with your peers is one of the biggest advantages of being an RPA member. Also join our money mixer event on Friday night at the RPA-CON where buyers and sellers can talk directly.
