The RPA is the largest and oldest non-profit organization for buy & hold investors in Wisconsin large and small. For over 51 years we have been representing the best interest of investors in Madison and advocating for fair landlord-tenant laws in Wisconsin. Most RPA members have between 5 and 50 units and networking with your peers is one of the biggest advantages of being an RPA member.
